We offer a wide range of building services, including residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and renovation. Our team has the expertise and resources to handle projects of any size and complexity. Each project will be assigned with a SMSTS Project Manager. Collab Commercial Interiors have CHAS Advanced accreditation. 

Collab offers dilapidation works. We ensure that works is carried out promptly to get the space up to standard. We carry out CAT A and CAT B fit out aswell. To give the space the love it deserves. Collab can provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) making sure that regulations are adhered to

We are on serval framework agreements with local councils. Our services include one of repairs and planned projects. Values vary between £250 - £250k. With many of the buildings being used for public use, Collab make sure that all contractors, visitors and public are safe whilst works are happening.
